Coffee Espresso Grinder

When coffee beans are exposed to air they oxidize. Because the coffee grounds have a larger surface area than the bean and they are not covered in a sheath like the bean, they are going to oxidize even faster. When you grind your beans at home they are subjected to air for less time and you will get fresher grounds. Also you can grind only what you would like to use right at that time.
